    I stayed in a property hosted by Hammock Coast Life on August 29th - August 31st. When we arrived to the property, it was COVERED in black mold. Hammock Coast Life was unavailable for support. Additionally, they did not provide a breakdown of the cost difference of having to move to a different unit. They have been unresponsive since.

    This condo is oceanfront.  The humidity has been high this season.  When the guest found the mold/mildew issue, we offered to have maintenance/housekeeping look at the property to indicate if there was anything we could do right away to salvage their 2 night stay at this oceanfront location.  After the guest declined, we moved them to another unit with access to the beach and amenities.  They did stay at one of our other units without complaint.  We also provided a team member's personal cell phone number for the guest to reach out with any concerns. 

    This property has been rented all summer without complaints.  We have issued the guest a refund and have resolved the mildew/mold issues.
