    I sent my son to Tidal Wave location in Pickens to wash my car. I gave him my debit card and only wanted a single wash. Not a membership. He was talked into a membership and was told the cost was the same. It wasn't. He was charged $17 instead of $10 initially. After a month, I was charged $30. I never signed up for a membership nor set up a profile. I never gave this company permission to charge my card. I contacted customer service and they refused to refund the $30. I contacted the company while the charge was pending in my bank and never used the service. I have disputed the charge through my bank and waiting for the results. This is a buyer beware because they aren't good to their customers.

    I was told to sign up for a month of service to get the special offer of 9.99. I received a text asking if I was signing up for a monthly service and was told that I would only be subscribed if I responded yes to the text. As I live over and hour and a half away from any location, I explained that I was not signing up for an ongoing service and was assured that it was only for the month. I was charged $9.99 for the month and then charged $49.99 for 7 months. $359.92 in total for a single car wash. Please return $349.93 for services not requested and not used. I’ve included an image of the text that I received that I was told to not respond to.
