    I purchase used sling shot from them last year during the time of purchase new tires were supposed to be installed and they were an issue with the security system. I dropped the unit off on sept 12th of last year to get all of this resolved they were able to figure out the code for the security system but not fix the remotes. When I arrived to pick it up this is after they had had it for over a month the tire on the front were still not installed, I was told they would call me to set up a time once they had a fix for the remotes but as of 4/1/23 stilll no phone call. I was also told I could make an appointment and all the work would be done when I arrived that way I didn’t have to arrange someone dropping me off and picking me back up. This is over 1hr drive one way. I was told today that I could not make appointments I would have to drop it off. I would like someone to please get this arranged where I could come it and get min. The tires taken care of maybe the new software update isn’t available. I have attached some screenshots of when I was talking to Harrison which has been great during the process I just believe the service department is lacking in communication.
