    We purchased our a Camper on 11/12/2022. While doing the walk through the service employee busted the fridge door handle. We ended up having to leave because it was so late in the day when they "fixed the issue". We looked at the fridge the next morning and realized it was still broke and not working. As of 1/20/2023 the fridge handle was replaced but the fridge still won't open. Then we paid the the registration and license plate at the time of purchase which we finally received them the first week of January 2023. Then we just received on 1/20/2023 a letter stating no property taxes were paid, which I specifically asked about and was told that was part of the sale price. My wife and I have made close 100 calls to Campi n g World Ridgeland and corporate office. Each time we are told someone would call back and we never get a call back. Here I purchased the camper on 12 November 2022, and was unable to legally drive it on the road for an entire month. I checked with ***** and was told Camping World was issued the license and registration on 21 November 2022.

    I am rejecting this response because: yes they have reached out to me in regards to CWRV is persistent that only the door handle was the issue. Since then I have gone into Columbia CWRV who ordered the new handles. Regarding the Columbia CWRV, is the only people that made an attempt to assist me, but Ridgeland CWRV had the GM finally contact me regarding this issue. Ridgeland CWRV  has not called back until 1/23/2023, otherwise I have not received a call back once from Ridgeland CWRV.

    Service Manager from Columbia called the customer to schedule an appointment and
    *** ******* refused to bring the unit in for service.  The General Manager which is the same General
    Manager from Ridgeland and Columbia called *** ******* and he continues to refuse
    bringing the unit in for service.. To that end we consider this matter closed.

    I Purchased a Motorhome from Camping World on 10/04/2022 and paid Camping World the NYS Tax & processing fees and was told by Camping World that they would handle all processing and i would receive my permanent NY State License plates in the mail within 30 days of my date of purchase.
    Seven (7) weeks have now passed and I have not received my NYS License plates. I have called Camping World numerous times but to no avail. I cannot lawfully drive the Motor Home after 30 days of purchase without permanent license plates.
