    Lowcountry Kingdom Builders/Omar floorcovering installed LVP floorings in 70% of my new construction home Summer 2022. The flooring did not as because of poor installation. The company was made aware of floor, planks, chipping, and bowing. They came out to look at the damage and agreed to replace the entire flooring. which goes into the living room, dining room and kitchen area. I was told to come out and pick a new design because the one we had was no longer in stock or discontinued. In November 2023, we were told our floors will be installed by Christmas 2023. The floors never were installed phone calls and text messages go unanswered or with empty promises of replacing the floors. my family and I are currently walking on concrete because in some areas the flooring has completely come up. I would like for this company to do the work that they promised and replace the flooring in my home.

    5/18/2021, Omar was paid $4,848.71 for laminate flooring. We also paid $3,000 for poly board removal and plywood installation. The projects at our home was to start September 2021 or after. We chose kitchen cabinets for install, but the company needed measurements to quote a price.
    11/19/2021, we paid $12,936 for cabinets. They were delivered 12/7/2021 but were incorrect. Maria (Omar) was notified. While waiting for correct cabinets, flooring was being installed. Jerry was notified 12/22/2021 of squeaking/sinking floors. He said he would fix the issue which never happened. Omar agreed to fix lower/sloped areas with a cement-based floor leveler, yet laminate was installed without such. Laminate is cut improperly, as we can see plywood. Transition strips from laminate to carpet were not installed and strips removed when entering the home were never reinstalled. Isaiah and Jerry were informed repeatedly and stated they would correct all issues.
    Correct cabinets came, 1/10/2022, with some damaged. Omar was notified but they remain unrepaired. Maria said Mr. C***** would evaluate the damage at completion. Cabinets were hung using pin nails instead of screws. Upper cabinets are shifting away from the wall and unlevel. The microwave is also unlevel.
    After numerous unanswered calls/voicemails, we visited Omar 7/18/2022, to see Mr. C*****. Project Mgr. Theo said Mr. C***** wasn't available but would deliver the message. Theo called back stating Mr. C***** got our message and would call us and get the issue solved.
    We’re still waiting for a call from Mr. C*****. We’re still missing cabinet drawers. The laminate is not properly installed according to the **** Installation instructions. There are areas where laminate isn't a full piece nor or flush with the starting wall. This resulted in the flooring not properly locking. Floors are taped as those areas aren’t locked. Omar isn't answering our calls but has taken our money, not completed the job or provided satisfactory work.
