Saed harassed me on the test drive and texted my personal number. He billed my card before any paperwork was signed. I was forced into signing and when I asked to trade in the lemon he gave me for a working vehicle he had me drive down twice before cussing me in the parking lot.Business Response

On 1/06/2024 I purchased a 2010 Cadillac srx luxury collection from ********* public Auction for $4700 dollars, I test drove the truck a week before I purchased it and so when I decided that I was going to get i ssk was there any problem with it and he assured me that nothing was wrong at all so I brought it, I didn't receive a title at the time of the purchase, so I took it home cause I couldn't register it on that day so I just parked the truck untill I could,so when the week was up I had got up to go get my tag but on the way home going on highway 485 in ************** people was riding beside me telling me to pull cause the truck was on fire and the brakes went out and power and power steering also fell, so me and my ***** had to jump out a moving truck cause it was on fire and couldn't control the vehicle and once out the vehicle i tried calling the owner but they said that he was out the country.so when he got back i went to see him and he said if i get the truck towed to his shop that he would get things right so i payed $720 dollars but once he got it he didn't keep his so I asked him if I could just get my money back and he said no and started wanting to argue and said for me to leave or he would call the police on me and said im the reason the truck caught fire and this is why im filed this complaintBusiness Response

A purchase a car on January 16 2024 at Car Auction. I never thought why was he were so much in hurry. I only got to sign the bill of sale. Didnt get to sign no title nothing. I drove the car to get gas and on my way home. Start acting crazy. Call him back and told him about the car, he came to pick it up and he think it may be the transmission. H*** let me know tomorrow call me back the next day he told me it was Transmission so I asked him if he gonna get it fixed he said no you brought it as is. I told him I didnt know if you said I gave your paper to sign as is. I didnt sign know as is paper. I told him to help me get a new transmission he said no he just give me a new car. Ive been going every week to see what kind of car if you get me I want a car that I want. Hes trying to give me a **** I do not want no *** so now I just want my money back, he said no. My husband brought a car the same day. He had it for two weeks we were on the highway and his car caught on fire. they took it to the junkyard. He told my husband if you bring the car back he will will replace it so my husband had a pain $970 to get it towed back to rock Hill because the man was gone out of town for almost 2 weeks now he act like he dont want to get my husband another car. This place need to be shut down bad car. He said hes buying them but hes not fixing them up even though he knows something is wrong. on the same car I purchased him with it so he can help me get a transmission he sold it.Initial Complaint

On 7/18/23 I purchased a **** GMC ****** **** with the impression it was a running safe vehicle. We left the car lot and didnt even make it 0.5 mile before it started over heating and making a loud knocking noise.Took it right back and they said the transmission was bad, but refuse a refund. They offered to trade it for another truck but then sold it, knowing that truck needed brakes, tires and and the timing is slipping. They are knowingly selling bad vehicles then refuse to give your money back. Said they could get a transmission but we would have to wait 2 weeks and now have no information on why the air conditioning is now not working as well.So I paid them and have no vehicle.Business Response

I still do not have any vehicles in my possession, the truck that was purchased was immediately deemed inoperable due to needed a new transmission and Rotors. When I completed my purchase and left the car lot it started to over heat and was not drivable within a mile from lot. I have never had the truck in my possession it is still sitting on the car lot inoperable.Initial Complaint

There's no short way to put this but I'll try my best. **** , the manager or main guy up there, not only is trying to resell a car that I have purchased but he locked me in the garage, and took my car back that he sold me and wouldn't let me get my personal belongings out of it. Nor has anything to do with the fact that I bought a car. He not only locked me in the garage but he insulted my assistant and got so close to her face that he spit in it. He was also under the influence of alcohol and this is extremely unprofessional. I not only want my vehicles back but someone needs to report him to the police officersBusiness Response

So i brought a **** **** escape i did not get the title untill this month so its been sitting since march i brouth it in February i got to start it and it chugging so i take it to the inspection place as doon as the man lifts the car he ask have i been to a shop i say no he then informed me my Cadillac converters were gone and that pipes were welded on and that work was done in a shopBusiness Response
