    **** left on Consignmet ,I was guanteed $200 or bike would be returned I gave my 26-inch green **** Mountain bike to the College Cycles Bicycle Shop at **********************************************************. I purchased the bicycle for $450 in 2012. The bike was ridden one time and store in an attached ********* then polished the bike and wrapped it in plastic and stored in my dry basement 2 years later. I decided to sell the bike January 2022 and thought the best place would be the place where I originally purchased it, College Cycles Bicycle Shop. The owner (******) said he could get me more than the $200 that I needed above his share of the sale. I kept calling him and he told me most of the sales would get better as the Winthrop students returned to school. I went by the shop to take my bike back and was informed that ****** had died and my bike was not in the shop. Another man was there doing repairs and a lady named ***** took my information and said they would go thru their records to verify my missing bike. Now the phone is disconnected and the shop still contains other peoples bikes. The doors are locked, but you can see through the windows. What Are My Options?
