To whom it may concern we have processed Mr. ******* tag. SC DMV rejected  his Tag twice. They have a new system and it has delayed alot since implementation. We have  since got it thru and he should have his tag soon.

    Thanks for your cooperation.

I am filing a complaint against 3 Points Auto in *********, **, specifically regarding the actions of ****** *****, the manager. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership under the assurance that it had been inspected prior to delivery. However, upon receiving the vehicle, I discovered it was unsafe to drive, with seized brake calipers, extensive rust, low tire pressure, no fuel, and unchanged fluids. The vehicle required immediate full maintenance, proving it had not been inspected as promised.Upon bringing these serious issues to ****** *****, he initially agreed to partially compensate me with $160, but he never followed through. Since then, he has been unresponsive to my calls, emails, and text messages. Furthermore, he has failed to provide me with the vehicle title, preventing me from properly registering the vehicle with my local motor vehicle agency. This dealership, particularly ****** *****, demonstrates a clear lack of integrity and customer support. Selling unsafe vehicles to unsuspecting customers is not only unethical but also dangerous. I am requesting an investigation into the misleading business practices of 3 Points Auto to prevent others from experiencing similar issues.I appreciate your time in reviewing this matter and look forward to your assistance in resolving this complaint.Requested Resolution:Full compensation for the necessary repairs.Immediate delivery of the vehicle title.Investigation into 3 Points Autos business practices.Sincerely,***** ****** *****************

Please beware that there was a major issue with the title for this gentleman's title. We had to send it back to have the error fixed. This took much longer than what we expected. It has sense been resolved and the title has been sent to the customer via certified mail. Yes we did drop the ball on the cabin airfilter when we inspected the car. We truly apologize for that, however we delivered him a very nice, clean and reliable vehicle and he know it was a great deal. I apologize on behalf of my company for the small over sights. We are definitely not perfect

I am rejecting this response because: There was a ***** Issue with the title, such as what? You are going to have to be more specific, possibly salvaged? Flood damage vehicle, what was it?

I call ******** on your response. I know that I got a good deal? Please, typical shady used car salesperson putting words in my mouth. Terrible communication after the sale then comes back with that? Please.

This is been the most ridiculous buying experience I have ever had and will ensure everyone I know and the internet of potentially unaware buyers are made aware of the ordeal and lack of communication this dealer puts customers through. Seriously a joke. I would almost venture to say most of the positive ****** reviews are fake or bought also.

Also, it was not just the cabin filter that was an issue with maintenance. The vehicle was not inspected prior to sale, brake calipers were seized and entire frame covered in rust which you ****** ***** said there was not rust.

I will also take my $160 check you guaranteed I would have back on December 9th, 2024 and be done with 3 Points Auto Sales and hope no one else has to experience what I went through. Such a pain. Never again.
