    I went to the car wash on and as i left the car wash stall i felt something pulled on my back bumper. I immediately filed a complaint with the car wash. I had to call them 3 times for an update. They are now saying the bumper was already loose, it was not loose because i just purchased the car and we checked it over thoroughly before i bought it. The car wash says the lip was already sticking out upon entry but i have a ****** Camry TRD and its a sports car so the bumpers are made this way. i drove to the beach a few weeks later and the whole bumper flew off on the Hwy because the car wash had damaged the clips that hold the bumper on. Had this issued been fixed when the complaint was filed all that would have had to be done was new clips on the bumper but now i have lost the whole bumper and it has to be replaced. I feel they are responsible for the repairs to my car. I cannot get them to take care of this situation. Please let me get this resolved i have attached a before picture as well where you can see the style of the car and how the bottom of the bumper it made this way, for it was not lose upon entry.

    Mrs. ******* came through the wash with a bumper that had preexisting damage. The bumper had what looked like touch up paint where the separation occurred. Bumpers dont just fly off cars there has to be something out of the ordinary that helps facilitate the extra damage. 

     

    The timeline for getting back to Mrs. ******* was slow. I had just stated, and we did not follow through quickly. This has been corrected.
