    I used the atm machine at this gas station on December 8, ****. I requested $300 the machine only dispersed $20 but it took the money from my cash app. I have file a dispute with cash app multiple times I keep getting denied. Ive called Dolphin Debit they laughed at me and said I shouldve used a bank. Im just trying to understand how yall can do business with a fraudulent company whos taking money from your customers. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. You allowed them to place the machine in your store and now they are stealing money from your customers and nobodys taking responsibility for this! I just want my money back!

    Hi,

    I am sorry to hear you had difficulty in using the *** at our location. 

    The ***s are available to customers for their convenience.  Dolphin will not receive any money that was not dispensed.  *********** who is in control of the money in your account is the card issuer, Cash App.  It will be up to them to put the funds back into your account.  They are the only ones who can address your complaint.  Please continue to work with them on releasing your money back to your card.
