    I paid $299 for a CDT and EtG test that was never completed as the sample was once again damaged at the lab and was never issued a refund for the test that was never preformed.

    In the middle of a child custody battle, both myself and my children's father were ordered to take 12 panel hair follicle test. It has been close to a month since these test were taken and neither of ** have received results. I have reached out via telephone where I was told the results should have been back in 4 to 5 days but she would make a few calls and call me back. I never received a call back. This test cost $520.00 out of pocket and I feel like this has been handled very unprofessionally and we should have results back by now.
