    Avoid this company at all costs. Dont trust anything they tell you. Theyre a bunch of scammers. Before I made my purchase, I purposely called them to confirm a discount. I spoke to ******************************* and she flat-out lied to me, in turn convincing me to open an account and make the purchase. After I received my purchase, I reached out to them to find out why the discount wasnt applied. ******************************* and *************************** said they wouldnt apply the discount even though ***** told me so. After some back and forth, I decided to then return the product as I cant deal with a company who lies to their customers to get them to make purchases. They then said they would charge me a 25% restocking fee. Which was surprising, because ***** told me that theyd issue me a FULL refund with no restocking fee should I decide to return the products. Nothing but lies from this companyin todays day and age, this is unacceptable. ***** practices equals a shady businessContractors/homeowners take your business elsewhere!!!!!!

    ****, You were not misled. You were not lied to. We delivered the order as purchased. We supplied you with a coupon code. We also offered to apply a 5% credit prior to you returning the products.You called and spoke with someone, it wasnt ***** as she does not get phone calls from the PVC Fittings Online phone service. The person you spoke with told you the truth, new customers who sign up for an account do receive a 5% coupon code shortly after signing up if they do not opt out of receiving promotional emails, i.e. coupons/discounts. When creating your account, you did not sign up for the newsletter to receive promotional emails. If you are not signed up to receive the newsletter we cannot send you promotional emails.You reached out to us over 24 hours after placing your order letting us know you didnt receive a coupon code. We responded with a one-time code for you to use. (It was later discovered that when you spoke to ******, she provided you with a coupon code that could be used prior to placing your order.)We are unable to adjust orders after they are placed so we could not apply a discount or coupon code after the order was placed. This message was conveyed to you. Prior to you choosing a refund we discussed the steps with you. On January 11th you were informed that a restocking fee would be applied, and you would be responsible for sending back the parts orders. We also informed you that we would apply a credit of 5% ($8.96) to your credit card. You chose to proceed with the refund knowing that a restocking fee would apply. As stated on our website in our Return Policy, returns for reasons other than damage *** result in a restocking fee. Best regards,The PVC Fittings Team
