  My experience with Quality Pro Restoration is five star. I had need of a fence repair due to a large tree coming down and destroying a section of my chain link fence and gate. I called for help in the morning and was amazed that they could come out later this day. I texted some pictures of the damage. Two hours later they arrived with what they needed and stayed till the job was complete. They also pointed out around six other dead pines ready to fall. They then downed and removed the trees also that day. Happy - you bet. I could go on but you get the picture. And yes I will call again.Jack

  This is an unsolicited review for Quality Pro Restoration. My wife and I were looking for someone to finish our deck after we pulled up the rotted 5/4 decking boards. After searching and talking with multiple contractors, we asked QPR to give us a quote. Long story short, this contractor earned our business and we added some additional jobs to the original deck plans. They showed up when promised and delivered a quality product. Im recommending them to everyone I know who is interested in doing some work in or on their home.

  The owner, ****, is cantankerous and condescending. One of the worst experiences we have had with a contractor in the 20 years we have lived here. After just a couple of hours into the start of our deck rebuild, I received a call from **** instructing me not to ask his to employees questions, that if I had questions, I needed to call him. After agreeing to disagree on a particular job item, I asked him to tell me how much we owed him for the mornings work, and that we should part ways. His reply, you dont owe me anything, your 3k deposit is non-refundable. Since we didnt want to lose 3k of our hard earned money, my husband felt we had no choice but to work with him on a revised change order which was one of many to follow. Three months later, the job was finally finished. I gave a rating of two stars because his two employees did good work and the job was eventually completed. However, I would never recommend **** to anyone.

  Hi *****,Thank you for reaching out. I do recall our initial conversation and I apologize if it came across condescending to you. I simply requested that you speak with me instead of my employees if you were wanting to make changes to your contract as I am the person responsible for making a change order, not them. This is the appropriate action to take in order to fully meet your needs and to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.I also recall speaking directly to your husband for the initial estimate and him agreeing to everything on the quote and signing the estimate followed by making a deposit to secure the job. I apologize you were not included in that process and conversation as I assumed your husband communicated with you what was written in the contract. As stated in your contract, all deposits are non-refundable as this is what secures your job on the schedule.I proceeded with the change order as requested and your husband signed it which is agreeing to it. I apologize you were still unsatisfied. I continued to work hard in meeting both of your requests which is why I started a group message via text messaging to ensure there were no longer gaps in communication. I also picked up material for your husband, free of charge.As I previously informed you, we are a small company and have several other jobs to complete which is why it took longer to complete yours given all the changes that were being made to your job.Quality Pro Restoration strives to provide 100% customer satisfaction.   **** and his crew were fantastic. He remodeled a bedroom for me. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. He and his crew were polite and professional. **** was patient and courteous and answered all of my questions. I would hire his company again.

  **** is the best of the best. He is a rare person in business to find these days. He is honest up front and stands behind his work .I didnt know anyone to put on a new deck on my house. So **** found me and we set up an appointment. I knew as I started listening to him and what he suggested I knew he was the one I would hire.His guys did a great job. I am more than pleased with the results. I would recommend Quality Pro Restoration to all my friends and neighbors. Nicks knowledge of carpentry is outstanding. My husband was a ********* all his life and listening to **** explain to me how he was going to rebuild my husbands deck I knew he was the one.I want to thank **** and his workers for doing an outstanding job.

  All Pro Resto LLC did a spectacular job painting my **** sqft home. They where able to complete the process in 3 days given it Rained one day! They where very clean and paid attention to detail. The quality of there work was over the top and the owner **** was very happy to keep in touch throughout the process. If I could give them more stars I would do so. All Pro is highly recommended by me.
