      *Update to my previous review*
      Reid's worked with us to replace our downstairs hvac unit this year at a reasonable price. The unit unfortunately had a defective compressor and went out a week later. Reid's replaced the part for free under the 10 year warranty. The new compressor also went out a day later, and although the part took a week to replace again, the owner was responsive over our concerns, offered window units while the part was being shipped, and assured us that the unit would be replaced entirely if the 2nd compressor was not functioning. The owner stayed in touch with us regularly while we were waiting on the 2nd compressor to ship. After installation, we have not had any additional issues and the owner continues to reach out to ensure that our needs have been met. The only bad experience I've had with this company is its call center after hours, but the company was also very receptive to this feedback and otherwise, the service techs and communication during normal business hours has been very good, and we have not been charged extra for any of the labor or parts required to fix the newer hvac unit. The club membership is also a reasonable price for 2x/year servicing on a regular basis.
      I would recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for a well-priced, reliable & honest HVAC company.
