    Assigned to rm 263, mold on ceilings, room not clean, my teen found a bag of cocaine in the bathrm. Upon arrival my head hurt so bad that I had to go outside to get fresh air from all of the mold. I am highly allergic to it! Mgr would not refund nor concerned(maybe he is the drug trafficker?!) so we could leave to take kids to a safer location. We gave him the drug and reception said they would dispose! However, I am uncertain that he did. He said that if we called the police, they are not allowed to make a refund happen. At this point we were scared to call the police and draw attention and/or us be the ones with a charge for possession in our room! He moved us to rm 139 which was worse. No lock on door, room was not clean, roaches everywhere, toilet tissue stuffed in a/c electrical socket. Witnessed drug deal in the parking lot, drug usage in/out of hotel. No fire extinguishers in hallways or escape plans, 1 exit door would halfway open, and entire hotel smells of smoke and marijuana. Hallways have trashcans collecting dripping water, open ceilings from water damage with mold all in ceilings. This hotel goes against many fire inspection codes and health codes for its' guests. My husband stayed up all night with furniture barricaded against the door to keep us safe. He is a war veteran with PTSD and this aggravating his PTSD symptoms. If my teen did not know to tell us abt the drugs, it could have been a toddler!! This place needs to be condemned on all levels, it is not safe to travelers and their representation online is inaccurate and misleading!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Reception already spoke with general manager and he was uncooperative with our concern the night of our stay. I highly doubt my complaint will be resolved with the same Manager.
