I hired Dave Dellinger Masonry to complete a backyard stone patio, seating wall, and firepit. The work was completed on time and I was kept updated on progress throughout the project. Also, **** Dellinger helped me submit the required paperwork to my HOA for approval. The quote that he gave to me was accurate and he stood by it throughout the entire process. The quality of materials was excellent and the work was done with precision and skill. I haven't had a problem with this company or the work, and would recommend it for any hardscape or masonry project you need done.

My husband and ***** ********************** disagreed on the work that was done at our house. My husband was threatened with being reported to the credit bureau if we did not pay in full, so I took it upon my self to pay the full amount. I gave Mr ********************** the benefit of the doubt and agreed perhaps there was an mis communication about the work that was to be done even though we have texts clearly stating my husband wanted the joints all redone. This morning I stepped onto the concrete landing at our front door and discovered it is so uneven there is a ridge. So disheartening. I would not recommend this company. We are now stuck with an uneven front porch.Dave Dellinger Masonry

Mrs. **** ,I must say that Im very surprised that you would leave such a negative review especially after we had such a positive phone conversation. You and I agreed that there was a slight miscommunication and even your husband agreed that our work was performed very well and professional . I have pictures ( and text messages) as well to verify. We went over and beyond to make you happy even though this was such a small job that we usually wouldnt take on . Theres absolutely nothing wrong with the point-up work that we performed on the steps and the same goes for the 2x 2 small porch that we repaired. Again, I have the pictures to prove this. Not to mention that you never once mentioned the top of the porch being uneven. Anyway, you have my contact information, so if you wish to discuss further I would be more than happy to meet with you and work out any issues. Thank you again for your business .
