I am rejecting this response because:

The builder actually sent a response shortly after I received your email.

We have communicated other issues to the builder after moving in, relating to other issues at the house. When issues were addressed, the builder disputed our claim stating we were outside of the 1-year warranty period.

As a result of prior communication, we did not bring the specific shower issue to the builder because they would just throw the warranty back in our face.

I do want the public to know about the reality of this builder's unprofessionalism and poor workmanship. The shower issue we experienced was due to faulty installation. We had a couple of professionals look at the issue and everyone said the same thing, faulty installation. Unfortunately, we had to come out of pocket to repair the damages. I don't want anyone else to experience the same issues we have. As a matter of fact, our contractor who repaired the issues, said he has done repairs on many other homeowners who also had Alosi build their home. It is ridiculous that Alosi Builders are still in business. They should be shut down. If we did not find the leak in our shower, our shower could have collapsed into the crawl space. That is how weak the wood was when we tore it apart.
