    I had my car towed to this location on 4/20/24. I wish I had of looked at the BBB reviews where certified auto Transmission was rated F. Certified Auto Transmission shows on the door that they are accredited with the BBB, but they are not.. ******* told me that the diagnostic test showed I needed a new transmission, but he could rebuild my CVT transmission. The 2 weeks turned into a month. My car stalled a few times and in the middle of the interstate. I had it towed to a ****** dealership who said I needa new transmission after I spent $4,400.00. I have a 1yr warranty, but I don't trust Certified Auto Transmission's work. I DO NOT recommend Certified Auto Transmission. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. Certified Auto Transmission should not have Not taken job beyond their capabilities!!!!!! My car was so nasty inside and smelled and needless to say, i had to take it back a few times due to noise and performance.Bolts were loose, things not pinned and moving around under my hood. It started to malfunction the day I got it back on 5/15/24.

    This shop is a fraud. Same story as other reviews posted here. ******** held my vehicle for over a year, failed to fix it, eventually refused to return phone calls, and finally had to be threatened to have law enforcement involved to return my car. Has refused a refund. During that time, mechanics used my vehicle for personal use, damaging it and putting ***** miles on the car. I am now missing my grill cover and fog lights and the trunk light is damaged. I have won my civil court case against this business, and the owner refuses to pay the judgement. Do NOT use this business. The ****** reviews are fake.
