  This company is a total scam. There are all kinds of warnings out there to avoid them. they sell you a "membership" and do not mention that you can not quit. then, after 3 years of no contact..(. I let them know that I wasn't interested in their service anymore and quit paying my due in 2019 and have never heard from them again until this week). Now they are saying I owe 3 years of dues and have sent me to a collection agency. I paid 5K to become a member. They were never able to provide me with any vacation that was less expensive than I could get on my own. They didn't keep their half of the contract, which was to provide me with a vacation. They lied about how to book. I was told I could search and book on line (which I found out is not true) and now they haven't honored my notice to quit 3 years ago but didn't contact me during those three years. total total scam.

  When you purchased a membership with Travel Services Unlimited in June 2011, you signed a contract that stated you have the option to renew or make changes to your payment as long as you sent it to ** in writing 15 days before your due date or anniversary date, which is July 1. We need to know how many members we have so we have adequate staff to service those members. Until you want to cancel your membership, we must pay the travel advisors and admin staff to service you.We have not actively sold any memberships in years because our members refer new members, and this is how we get new members now. Once they are members, we work with our clients if they communicate with us. Some want to remain members but ask to make payments for their annual fee, or if they are sick or have something happen that caused financial hardship. They do not want to lose their membership, so we work with them to help them through this time. The main thing they did was communicate with **. They still get all the benefits of the membership and their Family and Friend Plans.I reviewed your profile very carefully. You have only requested four vacations since you began. You never mentioned the price as the reason you did not go. You always had changed your plans or decided not to travel. One of our travel advisors contacted you within ***** hours with quotes for each request. For each request, all the quotes were savings off the retail price, with most being up to 60% off of retail.We have reached out many times through calls, emails, and letters, but we have not received any communication in return.
