    I gave them $50 to see me b/c my insurance wasnt in their network to do a chest xray after an ATV accident and was NEVER even seen. I walked out and didnt even ASK for a refund. Was just extremely upset and went to another facility. I needed help and was afraid I had broken ribs because I have collapsed my lungs before in an ATV accident with broken ribs. **** NOW they have billed my insurance and are ASLO sending ME a bill for an extra $191. *** There was nobody even there who knew how to do the chest xrays, Heard them talking in the hallway!!! Wish I wouldve recorded it. This place is taking peoples money and obviously have no cares about it. INFACT ID LIKE MY REFUND NOW!!!! Didnt even bother to ask for the refund the day I walked out. Now I have to go through this with my Insurance too??? Oh im sure they took more money from them!! Complete SCAM ANYONE IS MORE THAN WELCOME TO CONTACT ME - ***************************** *********, ** . This place needs to be shut down!! Too much stealing going on already in the healthcare industry!!!

You were seen on 12/05/23 by ***************** NP. who provided a full evaluation, ordered Chest **Rays as well as an additional test that was done in the office. Our RT(R)(************* who has many years of experience in the field, went to prepare the **Ray machine and by the time he went to get you, you were gone. You left the office without getting discharge instructions, test results, or **Rays. Since you were seen by the provider and test were done and ordered, you are responsible for the charges, or any fees charged at the time of the visit. Please contact me if you have further questions. I can provide you, with your medical records if you need to review. Take care!
