    I have dealt with this company on numerous occasions and each encounter and/or phone call has always been positive. All the way from ****** in the front to the owner ****; great experiences all the way around. They have been super accommodating when it came time to uninstall to getting unit reinstalled. They helped in getting services scheduled around our schedule (my wife and I). I really like that they remember their customers and are willing to talk and not just try to get you off the phone. The technicians are always courteous, fast, and ensure your satisfaction. They treat you like a person and not just another job they have to get through. Much respect to the company as a whole for their hard work and dedication. Shout out to the tech that has gone above in ensuring our satisfaction; and his name is ****. Thank you for excellent quality and fantastic service.

    Absolute top notch company. We first purchased a system for our small office. The difference in water quality was so remarkable that I then purchased one for my personal home. We are now outfitting a second office and weve scheduled another water purifier unit as well as an air purifier unit for our new space. I take my environment seriously and hate plastic water bottles, and I consider this a have-to investment for every property I own.*************************** has provided clear and professional advice for every purchase, and worked with us to meet construction schedules and to ensure we were happy. ****, ****** partner, has provided great advice as well regarding plumbing and other items.We are a repeat and extremely happy client and I owe a major part of our happiness to the amazing team at PLC. Thank you so much for everything you do for us!

    I feel bamboozled, I was informed I had 90 days to test out machine, A guy came 30 days in to get a review from me, I informed him i don't see a difference. He stated he would change the pressure and salt and within 30 days I should see a change. NEVER seen a change and received a bill. When I called to tell them, they can pick up the filter. I was told i had 10 days to cancel it. I'm just confused on how I would see a difference in 10 days when we were told it takes 30 days to see a difference and that's why we were giving a 90 day trail. I have called the office multiple times and left messages and got no return call. I guess since they already collected their money they don't care. So now I'm stuck with an 7k bill and a machine that does nothing for me. I wish I read some of these complaints before I got sucked into buying a filter that's useless. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! ********. I JUST WANT TO RETURN THE MACHINE THATS ALL!!!!!!

    PLC strives to provide high level of service to every customer. The last record of calling our service line was on May 20th. It was also noted our service manager reached out to you after talking to our service line the same day. Our service manager left a message and no more interaction in regards to any issues you have been having. During our courtesy follow-up on 4/14/24 the system showed it was working properly, you noticed better tasting tap water, and the water not as hard. Our tech did adjust the settings because you stated that you expected it to be more noticeable. If you are in need of service we would be happy to assist you and verify once again the system is working as it should. Please call us at ************ or email us at ************************************* far as a free trial PLC does not offer this currently or at your time of purchase. PLC ensures transparency on this with internal as well as third party controls. This responsibility is handled by multiple positions to prevent this kind of misunderstanding. Overwhelmingly the feedback from our customers is positive. However, we take feedback like this as an opportunity to improve. If you have any needs requiring the servicing of your unit, please give us the opportunity to help you. We stand by our results as well as value our customers after the initial purchase.

    We enjoyed our system for over 4 years and the support of the Pure Life Carolinas team. We recently moved and had to leave the system behind. Very disappointed that we were not able to move the system as it was intentionally left with the new owners. As soon as things settle in our new home we will be adding the system here as the quality of our water and the impact on our skin and hair is worth it.Highly recommend Pure Life Carolinas to you for your home.
