    I am writing to formally file a complaint against ******* ***** the owner of SMG Tint & Detailing, regarding a series of unsatisfactory services and damages caused by his work on our excavator and tractor.On December 15, 2024, We hired ******* **** to tint the windows on both an excavator and a tractor. Unfortunately, the results were far below acceptable standards, and several issues have arisen:Excavator Tint: The tint job on the excavator was poorly done, with visible imperfections that require a complete redo.Damage to Sunroof: Mr. **** damaged the trim around the sunroof with his razor blade, which has caused the need for a full replacement of the sunroof at an additional cost of $719.08.Tractor Tint: The tint job on the tractor was left unfinished, and despite Mr. ****** promise to return the following weekend to complete it, he failed to show up and has since ceased all communication. Multiple attempts to contact him have been ignored.Pre-Cut Tint: We purchased pre-cut tint at Mr. ****** recommendation. Unfortunately, his unsuccessful installation attempts ruined all the pre-cut tint, forcing us to purchase additional ************ a result of his poor workmanship and the damage caused, I am requesting a full refund of the following:$300 for labor that was paid to Mr. **** $670 for the pre-cut materials we purchased based on his recommendation $325 for the removal of the poorly installed tint $719.08 for the sunroof replacement due to the damage caused by Mr. **** The total refund requested is $2,014.08.We have attempted to resolve the matter directly with Mr. ***** but he has not responded to us. I would appreciate your assistance in helping us resolve this issue and ensuring that Mr. **** is held accountable for the damages and poor service.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
