      The customer service has been awful! When I dropped my vehicle off. I was told someone would be in contact with me for updates, that call never came! We I did call I was informed that my car was now at the ***** dealership for calibrations?! Not sure why because they only had to fix a door! When my car was ready I was told to bring the check from insurance company. Money was directly deposited to our checking account. So I offered to write a check. Informed can’t take checks over $500! Can’t do cc without 3% fee! Thinking all of this information should have been relayed when the car was dropped off! Bottom line is don’t Use this shop because they are clearly in with the dealership to rip honest people off! Because I had to pay the dealership $211 extra dollars because they said I had a dead battery and the calibrations couldn’t be done with the battery replacement!
