      Was told a list of work was to be done and not done. Charged an absurd amount of money to have my tank pumped and two techs sit in their truck's for 8 hours on my property.

      I gave used in the past but never will again after my most recent experience. Had a leaky kitchen sink basket. After multiple attempts to schedule and two misunderstandings I finally got some one here. Task deemed simple according to technician and he left to go get parts. I thought he was getting them from his warehouse but went to **** *****. I thought while he was there he could do one other small job if he had time. Refused but was s good thing. After over two hours, technician returned and after about 49 minutes of work was completed. I was handed my bill and totally shocked! $450!!! The tech said he could gov me a 10% discount, turned out to be 5%. Talked to home office, relayed this story and the lady said Thank You and hung up. Lesson learned!
