    Top- notch electrical company! I hired powerful electrical to come out and replace my electrical panel in my home in Charleston!     I recently called on Powerful Electrical to handle a critical situation in my home involving dangerous wiring. Stan, the electrician was absolutely outstanding in managing what could have been a dangerous repair. He arrived on time and from the moment he started, it was clear that he was a true pro!

    Stan meticulously addressed the hazardous wiring, ensuring every connection was secure and up to code. His attention to detail was amazing. After the repairs, the electrical work passed inspection with flying colors, which was a huge relief. I was particularly impressed by how thoroughly he explained the process ensuring I understood what changes were made and why they were necessary for our safety.

    Stan lies told me he would fix a something in my home cause I did hire one of his electricians change a Panel box in my home. Turns out I still have no electric after job was done. Nice. Stan told me he would help me just send a pic of the breaker yep now he will help me out for yet another 1800.00i just payed that 2 days ago. Where do they think people. 3000.00 for these greedy people like them. still 2 days hardly no electric and ain’t Seen water in over a week. They care about no one but will milk an old woman on a limited monthly pay for every penny they can get All I wanted is my home to have running water and electric.but these greedy people stopped that. Thank you Stan You need to stand behind what you say. The breaker is bad not the whole panel for 1800.00. Yes of course it is old and you can’t find it Yep more lies from you.

    When we went out to the house we quoted the homeowner for two jobs, one to fix her panel and another to fix the disconnect outside. There was a history of fire damage somewhere in the home near the panel, as it had burn marks. The homeowner decided to fix the panel inside instead of fixing the disconnect outside. It was explained that both are hazardous and need to be changed ASAP!



    We urgently expressed our concern and explained the electrical hazards she has in the disconnect outside ( 1 lug was poorly corroded and that they provide power to her house) and her panel both were an issue. The homeowner has no issues with the service that technician performed. The current problem the homeowner is having is a disconnect outside. The lug is still corroded and loose and only has 1 wire feeding her house , instead of both legs. We cannot predict when an issue will happen. We can only advise customers that the issue is imminent.



    Unfortunately, the corroded lug on the disconnect outside finally took his last breath. To provide work, we have to be paid for services rendered. From my understanding of the work that was paid for previously, the services were rendered to completion. And according to the homeowner and the technician, the issue differs from the services rendered. So the quality of work provided is not in question. The problem comes in when the homeowner wants all of her problems fixed for the price of one job. She chose to replace the panel inside and not the disconnect outside, knowing that someday with the corroded lug and loose connection, it would eventually fail. 

    That day was yesterday.



    We have offered the homeowner the option of financing or using another company to fix the issue. We have spent the better part of today trying to find a solution for this homeowner; however, we cannot provide services for free. The problem in question is not from a service that was provided by our company or the technician that works for our company. 



    As a company, we also can't uphold a contract that wasn't made through the company even though contractually, the agreement was completed at the time that our technician left. He came back to do his own "side work", there was power in the house and had a fully replaced panel. We take full responsibility for technicians working for our customers with our company name. We are not responsible for the work they provide outside of our company name. If they perform side work, we're not liable or responsible.


    Anna only paid $1600 for a new 200 amp panel replacement instead of the company price of $4900 saving her $3300. You don't get to have it both ways. You don't get to poach guys from a company and perform side work and then ultimately hold the company liable and hostage with negative reviews online because they wont do free work after the homeowner was informed there's multiple issues but due to limited funds, only pick one issue to fix.
