    We hired this company, in August 2023, to build a back porch. It is still not completed and the roof leaks. The owner, *********************, works with whoever he can find at the time. He does not have a regular crew. He worked on our porch about 4 hours a week, every other week, or when it was convenient for him. He has given many reasons for not working. He's been in several auto accidents, had covid, spent a night in jail, and took off for his birthday. We signed a contract agreeing to pay $6900 for the porch. We have paid $8025 and still the job is not finished. Through all of this we spent weeks in the hospital for my husband's cancer treatments. Also we were promised receipts for materials but never received any. We expected this job to be finished in a reasonable amount of time. That had long passed. Please help. We are at our whits end. Thank you
