    Do not trust the sales people. Went buy boat. Done credit application. Call 3 times would not call me back. Went to Boathouse in Seneca good people. Pick out boat had boat in hand few days. I sent message few weeks after to Performance just see let know what happen to them. Then reply in mail I was turned down with 730 credit rating? No problem at boathouse! Don't waste your time with them.

    I have been doing business with Performance for 15 years and they have always served me well. I've used their online parts website to order my parts and I have bought several units from them over the years. I think the team that they have put together is some of the strongest I've had the pleasure to do business with. I have 2 homes and deal with my local dealer on my toys up there and that team is ok but below average compared to Performance. All I say is don't read the reviews, even this one to form your opinion. Go see them and experience for yourself.

    I normally don't bother myself with reviews. I figure no one reads them or trusts them. Who knows where they are coming from or their intent. However, I would not recommend purchasing from this vender. I purchased a part, it was not correct. Contacted them, explained the situation and would like to exchange for the correct part. All I received was a link to the return policy and found out I only have 7 days from purchasing to return or even exchange. THAT is one shitty policy. My failure to figure people have lives and it took me 12 days to get to working on the motorcycle to find out it is the wrong part number. Not a good policy or customer service. Live and Learn. Hopefully this will help others not get stuck with $75.00 worth of parts I cannot use. ****
