    Worse experience possible.
At 70 l had a knee replacement get infected. New to the area and not being able to do my own work l was suckered in by a fancy showroom.
Had a ********** long arm upgrade installed as a treat before two upcoming knee replacements due to an infected knee replacement preventing me from doing my own work. This was before two long hospital & rehab facility stays, and then months of home therapy to learn how to walk again. I was hoping to be able to enjoy a little exploring before surgeries and a long rehab processes. When l picked up jeep it was all over the road. Found out installer didn't lock the front Lock n Load feature.
When l went to pick up my old control arm they replied they didn't think l wanted them back. When l asked about the Lock n Load feature left unlocked the reply was "l can't ever remember which way they go". Nice, took me less than two minutes to find it on smartphone. Guess when you don't care you just make excuses.
After months of physical therapy l was finally able to get under my Jeep only to find out they kept most of my hardware supplied by ********** in their kit. I also found out why my Jeep was wondering all over the road. Using an inclonometer my caster was changed 4 degrees to the negative. When l called four times l was told someone would call back, never bothered to return my calls.
When l drove there after an appointment at my surgeon appointment down the street the counter guy straight up lied and told me he called ********** and they told him my kit didn't come with ANY hardware. While waiting for installation guy to show him a washer sitting in my frame at front of lower control arm they had a discussion and told me they would correct camber issue if l brought it in to install my new driveshaft.
According to ********** and by me making sure the new hardware was in the boxes sent by ********** l can assure you they just kept them as they tried to keep my takeoff parts.

    Zero stars. Run away.
Called to inquire as to warn winch rebuild time. Was told 5 days max. Communicated that time is of the essence as the local portion of my business would be shut down out of service while waiting on this part. Clemson 4wd received part on 5/10/24, took 27 days for me to get it back. Was lied to multiple times: was told on 5/24 manager would call me back on 5/28. Received no call so I called on 5/30. Still no manager. Was told I was 2nd in line for repair on 5/22. On 5/30 was told I’m 6th in line. Was accused by Rodger D******** of being dishonest when I said I’m the only one who operates my local equipment. Was accused of beating on handle switch with a hammer or some type of misuse when of course this never occurred. This was an attempt by Clemson 4wd to avoid proper warranty. As part of improper business they said since I need it asap, they’ll replace part for $75 if I want it soon or replace for free if I wait an additional week - another attempt at overcharging and avoiding warranty. Clemson 4wd front desk confirmed receipt from ups on 5/10. Manager Rodger D******** stated they didn’t receive it on 5/10 and said he checked cameras. So either Rodger or ups lied. When told that I simply wanted to bring all of these poor customer service experience details to his attention to aid his business or understand their shortcomings, Rodger then had the audacity to say that as a customer I won’t have any other options, since he’s the most local rebuilder and said “you’ll be back because you don’t have any other choice.”
After speaking to HQ in Oregon, I can assure you Clemson/Rodger - you will not have my business or the business of any of my colleagues. We are a large base of warn products. Icing on the cake - they provided no invoice or receipt and charged by card about $400 more than the agreed upon total finished price WITHOUT any authorization. I noticed on my credit card transactions after the fact.
