    BEWARE !! I have worked with Cope Property Management my observation these people are wolves in sheep's clothing. Let me tell you my personal experience with these monsters. I rented a small home from them basically a little hot box. The air conditioner was full of bugs and did not work they replaced with a 99.00$(I saw the conditioner at **** *****) air conditioner to cool the whole house during our HOT summer's well it did not they refused to upgrade it I had to go out and buy a window unit as not to bake in the house. I replaced all the kitchen cabinet knobs the old one's were so old And rotted , they would catch on your pants shorts and rip them . I also added ceiling fans to distribute the cool air throughout the home. There was a shed out back with a rickety ramp that lead into it where the washer dryer were.

    Took them to court and they still did not pay for what was ruled in my favor by the court.

    Cope Property is quite happy to rent you an expensive house while not disclosing details like a construction site next door, wrecking any quiet we had hoped to have sitting on the front porch overlooking the lake. To make matters worse, they are terribly rude.

    I was very direct with this guest because she was attempting to extort money from us to keep her from leaving a negative review due to the noise from the neighboring yard work. We had no knowledge, or control , of he work that was going to be performed during their stay. How do you disclose what you don't know? The home is 95% complete. It was well past the framing and banging stage.
    We do not buy our reviews or give in to extortion.
