    If I could give them zero stars, I would. Prior to the acquisition by Midgard, I’ve rented from ********* a couple of times for the same July-August storage need. I set up automatic payment on my credit card. This year, we had to deal with Midgard. The rental process was onerous. They only service I could get was reaching out to the local office. We used the storage unit from July 15th-August 19th and paid for two full months. I contacted the office on Monday, August 21st to let them know that we vacated and put the lock key in the mailbox. Around September 12th, the collection calls for September payment started. I answered them all and always got “we’ll give you a call back”. The last correspondence was September 26th and, again, the collection associate said he would call me back. No response. On Monday, November 19th, I received a collection notice for two months worth of rent (September and October) from ******** ****** *******. I have exemplary credit and no late payment history. This is very disturbing. I would not recommend renting from Midgard.
