    I leased a parking spot at a storage facility for my boat. Per the lease agreement, I was to formally notify them with a 10 day written advance notice when vacating the lot. I provided a 14 day written notice (11-13-23) to Seneca Storage notifying I was no longer leasing the space after the end of November. I was then charged a December rent fee where I reached out to them asking for a refund. They acknowledged this was an error and would refund my deposit and amount they charged my account. I reached out on 11/13, 12/3, 1/9, 1/19, 1/23, and attempted phone calls with no refund to date. I want my refund and deposit. $50 Deposit and $85 Month

    Dear BBB,

    Please see attached receipt refunded For ****** ******* Tenant for OS: 2 who had an outdoor space at Seneca Storage. I credited back his initial $50 deposit. along with an over charge for the month of January for $88.00. Why I do not personally run credit cards I have a merchant company whom I use ****** **** ********* ****) whom I was working with to get this matter resolved. He was very hostile and I assume was frustrated and decided to take this to you. Please see attached receipts for the refunds. Thank you for your help.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They have refunded the deposit and December Month charge.  No other action needed.
