    This situation has become exhausting and I feel like the decision of what’s fair needs to be decided by the court.

    Thomas sent out came and the were not able to fix the gate so I reached out to him and told him what they said and he said he would get a electrician company to come out. I reached out to him on 12/04/24 to ask for a update and he said the electrician company was booked and that he was working on it. I reached out on 12/12 and he did not respond, I reached out again on 12/17 and he sent me a message and said someone would come out on 12/18. The electrician came out, I reached out to him on 12/20 for a update and he said he was waiting on a quote. On 12/30 I reached out again and he said he still had not received a quote and that a man name Charlie would be starting on my porch extension the following week. On Jan 8 he reached out to me and said that it would be 1880 for the gate and that it would put him in the negative of 1600 and that he was exploring more options. on 02/03 he said he emailed a company and was waiting to here back. I reached out 02/10 and 02/11 and no response.

    I am not going to be paying for her to have electrical work that was not there before I started this work. I told her in the estimate that we can move the new gate to the other side but I am not an electrician and I will gladly install a solar unit for her. Everything has been installed and completed. The fence opening is too large and HAS to have electrical ran under her driveway and attached to her home. I paid out of pocket for the first two electricians to come out and the third provided the solution to get the electrical ran. It was $1800. Quote provided. I shared that with her and explain that I would not be able to pay for that, as I am a new company and I still refunded her even more money out of my pocket so that she could pay for this. I sent out a refund check for her porch addition as well because I do not have the time for that install. So that has been mailed out. For her to expect a full refund for this is appalling and totally ridiculous. She has gotten back $400 from the fence repair to cover electric work, I have paid $375 for two companies to come out there and I am sending back her $425 deposit for the deck.

    I will even go back and put her old gate on and have the electrician come wire that back up. But I literally cannot afford $1880.
