    I paid $2,970 via debit card on April 13, 2022 and another $2,970 via check on May 2, 2022 for 32 one hour sessions at the Brain Balance Center of Greenville. I have used 23 sessions to date. I have seen no improvement in my child. Additionally, the director is telling me I should have paid $10,000 and done 6 months worth of sessions as that was their recommendation after assessing him and that I would not see much of a difference in my son's behavior in only 23 sessions. She then said it was too late to refund me for the 9 UNUSED sessions I have already paid for, so I am losing $1,670.63. During the middle of this program, after I already paid in full, I was told I would also need to change my son to a very expensive non-dairy, gluten free diet for it to work effectively, and that I needed to spend another 2-3 hours at home, doing "exercises" - which consisted of sit-ups, pushups, and yoga poses - during the week. This was not described to me from the beginning. There was a false notion that this program would help with my sons behavioral issues which I described as "low self-esteem, oppositional defiance, and impulse control". There has been no measurable improvement in ***'s behavior after 23 sessions. I am driving 45 minutes in both directions and taking time away from two other children to attend these classes and ***'s behavior has only grown worse, and he has become harder to control. I asked only for a refund of the 9 unused session for services NOT rendered. I was told the date for a refund had "expired".
