    My husband was at this facility for a very brief time. This would be in the month of September. They were well aware of his behavior issues. I had filled Lauren in with all he had been through. He had Lewy Body dementia with behaviors. Again, they were aware of this! Shelly who is the director there claimed she did not know this. Give me a break! You are telling me you are the director of a facility whose loved ones trust you with the care of their mother dad brother sister and you don't know the conditions of your patients - all of them. What kind of director is she? They were sending him out every other day to the ER because he was acting out. Again this goes on with patients with Lewy Body dementia. They eventually kicked him out for good! He stayed in the hospital for a number of days where he eventallly stopped eating and taking his meds. At this point they sent him to the ****** ******* house where he passed away. Every time they sent him to the ER he was so confused and no wonder he pretty much gave up. I want others to know about this place. I heard and saw things when I was there and some people working there should NOT be there. It is terrible what these elderly helpless people have to go through. It truly breaks my heart. If I can take this matter further I can assure you I will. Lauren who is a sales person there plus the director shoud be held accountable. Thank you ****** *******
