    8/11/2024 - ordered made "rotten pumpkin with #4 with lights deal" light color Purple
    8/14 - follow up email sent because item was not . Toxic fx response was "just waiting on your lights to come in and you'll be set!!"
    8/21 - I sent a chat text to toxic fx to follow up status of my order - response was that currently at FedEx
    8/23 - I sent a chat text to toxic fx that I have not rec'd a tracking number - no response from company
    8/28 - recd item but was not what I originally ordered. Sent chat text to company that the light was not what I ordered. Company responded that they will mail a new light bulb but have not done so. I also asked them to refund me instead and they refused.
    9/3 - I sent another chat text and there was no response from toxic regarding the light bulb shipment.
    They have not fulfilled what I originally ordered and demand a refund.

    Attached is a photo of proof of delivery of the replacement light that the customer needed to completely fulfill the order. The customer now has the order in its entirety. The order will not be refunded as the customer has possession of everything that has been requested.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 


    The light bulb was placed in a plain envelope without any packing. Then the small envelope was placed in a non protected fed letter envelope.  Once it was delivered, I tested the bulb and it did not light up. Pls see picture with connections secured and in the on position. I assume that an unprotected light bulb travelling across states was damaged. My order is still not complete and I deserve a refund.

    In the attachments provided, the switch on the battery pack is in the "off" position. Naturally, that will prevent the light from working.

     

    Here are a few things to try...

    1. Turn the switch to "on" to see if the light works correctly.

    2. If the light does not turn on, please hold down the center button on the red controller while the switch is in the "on" position. 

     

    Please attach photos and videos of this.
