    My granddaughter was seen on 12-22-22 to 4 teeth to be extracted along with a partial. she was quoted 1200$. I agreed to pay with my credit card the 1200$, I paid a head of time before the procedure due to me going out of town. on 12-28-22 The day of the procedure My granddaughter noticed she was overcharged with teeth instead of us paying for the 4 teeth there was 8 teeth listed, the dental assistant agreed the manger made a mistake and made a copy to put on her desk, she said on 1/2/23 this would be fixed when i received my statement from the credit card it read 3000$ my granddaughter calls beck on 1/4/23 and was told there too busy to assist her, she calls patient services who emails the manager and she was told to wait 24-48 hours. on 1/9/23 me and my granddaughter tale a trip to the office. the manager was extremely unprofessional she couldn't explain as to why we were overcharged. she refused to tell us who was. over her. i reached for one of her business cards then she tells me to not touch her desk. she was extremely unprofessional and rude. she explained she would do an adit and speak with everyone involved. the dentist only had down that she had 4 teeth removed. its 1/16/23 no refund no one contacted me.

    I went to affordable dentures at end of September 2022 for top and bottom denture. Got bottom no top. They had charged full amount to my credit care card. Ask for refund before Christmas 2022 told would call me within 5 days. No call. Called again 1/2/2023. Left word. No call back. Went to office 1/5/2023 in person. Said would call by 6:00 that evening. Got no call. Called am on 1/6/23 said put in for refund. Ask for a copy of my bill she refused to give me one using I’ve mailed it this morning. I need help. She just keeps putting me off. I’m 71 white and I think she has an issue with white people. ****** ********
