    Searched for an injectable Skinny shot on line, purchased from this center, after my bank account was charged they informed med me that they needed lab results. I stated I don’t have lab results and that I won’t be able to travel to their center and to just cancel my order and give a refund. They have refused to give me a refund and they haven’t ship any product to me , stating first I need to not only submit lab results but that I also need to consult their physician. Well if that’s the case and that is your company policy why sell a product online and charge people before they are approved by your physician that they are a candidate for that product. I have requested my money back in the amount of $214.75 and they will not give me a refund, stating is against their policy.

    It is very disheartening an individual would go this far to make false claims due to her in willingness to comply with our policies. Policies in which are listed before she ever submitted payment. We run a reputable business and the care of our patients are priority. In five years of business, we have never encountered this. Our provider would never provide anyone with medication without consulting with the patient or doing labs. This information is displayed on our website before the patients submit payment, allowing them to not purchase if our process or requirements are not something they wish to comply with. We contacted this individual and attempted to get her schedule it simply rectify the situation, she has been very difficult and continues to make false reports about my company. It's really sad, my work and dedication to my patients speaks for itself. Please take note we never personally charged the patients card, she willingly entered the information agreeing with the requirements and agreeing to purchase. Please visit our website select home kit and you can go through the process and note we did nothing wrong.
