    On October 7 2022 I bought a Kymco k-pipe from *** ***** motor sports in ********** Tn. I rented a haul and drove it from **** Alabama to **********. About 3 hours -170 miles and I drove because I want the bike. Actually, I want a new one. I would rather not go into detail about the salesperson because he was very uncool and I was not aware that Tennessee has a NO return policy. I would have returned it and may have gotten my money back but i wanted 1 of these for over 3 years.
    I didn't catch on that it would not crank well at all when they were loading it, I was too exited and they had to know but sold it to me anyway.
    On October 8, it started but something just was not right. I rode it 98 miles. Not over doing it according to the owners manual because its specific.
    On October 9 it will not start. Its Saturday. I checked the oil and there was barely any. I filled it and called *** ***** and spoke with the salesperson. His name is Kieth BTW. He said he would let the service guys know about it and pretty much left it at that. Mind you that I don't know about the no return policy yet and I also Assistantly Managed a small ***** Dealer Store for 5 years and i would have never done the absolute minimum, that would be out of my character.
    *I Had this 1/4 of the way typed and I ran out of available Characters so I'll say this.....
    I have ridden a k-pipe that had over 6,000 miles on it. it was good still but the electric start didn't work and it did not run sluggish and would stay started everytime. Mine has less than 700 miles and it is sluggish at times, backfires and has trouble starting (but will at least now) and The $ that i have spent on a this product just to get it to run at this point is over $1200. Insurance, 2 returns to a Kymco dealer for service, and I am stuck with a motorcycle that runs a bad as 1 that has 15,000 miles on it, I feel. I want a new bike that i paid $3.000 for. I would like reimbursement for the $ i am out on top of the sale.

    I bought a new k-pipe that is defective, admitted by a representative of kymco. I have spent almost $2,500 over the price of the bike to get it repaired and it is still not repaired. Now I have to spend more money to get it to another dealer so they can try to fix it. I am out a lot of money over this and I don't feel that it's right. Kimco is not going to do anything about it except for uphold the warranty standards. This is unacceptable. I want full compensation for the money that I have spent on this motorcycle over the price of the bike and I would not mind returning the bike also. It is defective. It stalls in traffic at 55 miles an hour. It won't stay running. It's very difficult to crank in the first place from the day I bought it. No one told me that I could not return it and I've come to understand that I was knowingly sold a defective product. This is bad business. I have filed a complaint about this before and there has not been any resolution to this.

    Full refund and return of the defective product to include money I have spent with no results in repair

    4 months without by bike being fixed because Kymco couldn't get my parts to my dealer. Im missing the whole riding season!!! Going to trade or sell this bike for an American Bike that will allow to get parts more easily. Stay away from Kymco... USA or Kymco period!!!

    Yes my bike is still at the dealership. It has been there since April 22nd and the dealer keeps telling me they are still waiting to receive the parts from Kymco. 4 months is ridiculous!
