    On April 25 I purchased a new 4 wheeler I paid 2000 for it. I did not get to ride it because it rained. On April 26 I returned the 4 wheeler when they opened up because when I rode it around my house the wheel kicked to the side and the four wheeler sound like something was broke I loaded up and took it back the mechanic there stated that it needs an alignment I asked him why the side of the tire is rubbing the tie rod that was grinned all the way down and the inside of the tire had rust and metal shavings he stated he did it he then proceeded to to check the 4 wheeler out and stated that both from rims are warped I stated to him that it’s not safe to drive so I’ll take another new one then the owner stated to me that I will have to pay the difference not something that I approved when asked for a refund she now refusing to give me my full amount back stating I owe a shipping fee for a item I never received which she has never ordered which she states in the text and then tried to go back and say she ordered it I just want all of my money back and I’ll move on.

    The customer ordered a *** ******* trick bike. The tires are made a little loose I verified with the company as well because it is a trick bike. The customer wanted a bigger one and he special ordered a *** ******* trick bike. The customer was going on vacation for two weeks and wanted to have the bike there when he returned. He messaged me a day or 2 later asking me if I had ordered the bike yet. I responded no I explained to him when he was here that I have limited storage space to hold items because I have a lot of merchandise on hand. Also, the item was going to take 12 days to get here coming from **********. I ordered the item the next day after the customer had messaged me to ensure that I ordered his bike. The customer then changed his mind days later. I told the customer I will refund him $2*** and that he will have to pay the $275 for the shipping fee and $25 for the restock fee. I have sent the customer a money order for $2*** from the postal service. The tracking number is **** **** **** **** **** **.

    I decided to buy a scooter from this woman and she said she can upgrade me to a 2024 ice bear Q6 for $2250. Waited two weeks for delivery. Product was a 2022 model and talk about three minutes of turning over before it would run. Patti said she would reimburse me on my credit Card. Said she would pick it up this past Saturday no one arrived then they came on Tuesday and picked it up. Since then, I have not been reimbursed she will not respond to my text and she has blocked me from her cell phone and her business phone. This woman is a shyster. I have everything down in text where she says that she didn’t know it was a 2022 and that she would reimburse me and also shows that it was a 2024 on the bill of sale when it wasn’t. She said it was under a 30 day warranty, but I never received the warranty. The woman is a fraudster. I’m taking her to court to get my money back, but first, I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card companies. Do not do business with this woman. She is not even an authorized dealer as I found out she will lie and tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale but once the product is out the door, she will no longer respond to.
