    My daughter purchased 4 tickets to NGC Cinema in Spartanburg, SC, 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived, we proceeded to our theater and the seats they had sold us were non-existent. They pulled a bait and switch on a sold out movie. We asked to speak to the manager and were offered 4 seats that were not together. Considering we had two children with us, this was unacceptable. We requested a full refund and were told that we had to pay the sales tax on the tickets for seats that didn’t exist. My daughter demanded a full refund since none of this was our fault. We were treated like criminals for demanding our money back. It was ridiculous. They break the law by selling something that doesn’t exist, expect us the pay sales tax on a non-existent product and treat us like criminals for refusing to accept the switch. I will never patron that theater again and encourage others to do the same.
