I took my car to this location twice in past four months. The first was unpleasant as they left greasy hand prints on both seats, console, steering wheel, and door panel. In addition to having issues with the alignment on my car. As I went to checkout the manager at the time said “Something doesn’t look right.” Then placed my car back on the machine for 40 more minutes.

Then last week I got new tires elsewhere where I was informed the front two tires had unusual wear in a set of tires that wasn’t even one year old.

I immediately took the car to Mavis a second time and showed the tires to the new manager Brian where he agreed it was very unusual wear, and admitted he was new and had been having issues with the store after his taking over.

He ask me to bring it back in morning. And they would take a look and see how far out it was. I showed up at 8:00AM and around 8:30 the woman in charge came to me saying they were having a problem resetting the computer.

I ask why and she said maybe it would be better for the technician to explain. I followed her out to find them pulling my car around like it was ready.

The one technician even opened the door like I was supposed to jump in and leave.

The other technician, the one I assume I was supposed to talk to walked away.

At this point it was clear they wanted me to leave. I immediately said I want to talk to manager Brian as he was not there.

The woman then called Brian. He said they couldn’t reset or recalibrate the computer system.

He said they could keep trying but he wasn’t sure they could fix the problem. I informed him I had lost all faith they knew what they were doing and even if the computer issues were fixed I couldn’t trust the alignment was even done properly.

I was informed to take to dealership for repairs and the lady said Brian said they would pay for it

The dealership repair was $450. I took the receipt and a note for manager to store and it said for him to call me. It’s been 1 week and no response

I took my vehicle to Mavis to get tires and a alignment. The technician not only stole an item from my vehicle he held the brakes and roared the engine causing it to knock.
