    The business sold a vape to me.
    Yesterday, I bought a **** **** **** ***** ****** vape from them. As this is the only vape I ever use (for the past year and a half), I recognized immediately that the vape that I bought/was provided to me was fake. They sold me a fake vape. When I returned home and was able to corroborate my claim by comparing 8 other vapes to the one purchased, I contacted the business and was told that the owner would be contacted and that they would reach back out to me. When I didn’t hear back, I contacted them again on 4/17/2024, and was told that indeed “the vape was not fake, and the other vapes you [I] have purchased must be fake.” Again, I have been buying/using the same brand/flavor/type of vape for over a year. They refused to discuss the matter with me and would not issue me a refund. The vapes were drastically different in color and there was a sound coming from the vape when utilizing the vape. The vape is being marketed as a vape produced by **** ****, however, the vape purchased was not manufactured or produced by **** ***** I have reached out to **** ***** as well, to further discuss the distribution of a fake vape product listed under their brand name. I have also reached out to my bank to file a fraud claim, in hopes of getting my account reimbursed for the sale of a fake vape.
    *Note: I have attached a picture of the difference in vapes, as well as a picture of the purchase on my bank statement. However, the purchase date is listed as 4/17/2024, but it was purchased on 4/16/2024.

    We, like many other businesses, source our inventory from various trusted wholesalers. We do not manufacture the products ourselves. Regarding the complaint about the authenticity of the vape, we assure you that we only procure products from reputable suppliers. If there are any concerns about the authenticity of the vape, we would appreciate the opportunity to address them directly. However, as of now, we are not aware of any 'fake' versions of the vape being circulated.
    Additionally, we stand behind the quality of our products. If any vape product purchased from us does not function as intended, we are more than willing to provide a refund or exchange. Customer satisfaction and product quality are paramount to us, and we remain committed to ensuring that our customers receive genuine products.
