    Graduation Announcement Packages ship within 6 Business days of order.

    For all deliveries, please allow 3-5 additional business days for standard shipping ($10.95) or 1-2 additional business days for express shipping (additional $10).

    If you have not received your order within the anticipated delivery time, or if you have any questions, please contact us.

    I made contact and asked for a cancellation.

    As a local rep for *******, this local rep is not in compliance with the above policy. 07 MAY 2024 a wet box arrived with damaged product, missing items, and one mis-sized item.

    I am owed a full refund. $257.44
    I also paid $30 to ship everything back to the local representative, who asked to analyze the contents (even after pictures were provided). Please reach out, if you have further questions.

    I ordered and paid for my son's high school cap, gown, and diploma cover on September 25, 2022, before the **** ***** order deadline. The regalia was not delivered tohis school with the other ordered items on March 29, 2023. For the last month, I have been calling the 803 area code phone number and the 1-844 number. No one has ever answered either number. The 1-844- plays muzak for 4 minutes and then hangs up on me. I have sent a request through the Jostens and Rhodes contact section of each website. I was told that the items would be mailed to my home. I am not confident that I will receive them in time for graduation. My order number is ******. The order is in my son's name as the student: Fielding Freed.

    Student’s cap and gown was missed during the in-school delivery.  At the end of the delivery, our staff left the cap and gown with school personnel to deliver to student.  School personnel have confirmed that cap and gown has been delivered to the student.  We have shipped a complimentary senior beanie and diploma frame to the customer for their inconvenience.  We have also reached out to the customer via phone to ensure satisfaction.
