    Upon moving into apartment on 8-10-24, there are many issues brought to the attention of the manager that are unresolved for nearly two months now. I have taken many pictures regarding the issues. I was told to move out if I was unhappy and not be liable for lease. How does a senior prepare to move out at a lowly income after Seeing the model apt and agree to move into apartment complex. Initially, I was put off from seeing apt being told it was not ready yet. Upon entering apt., no hallway light at door, there was the smell of heavy smoke. It took more than one month to eradicate heavy smoke smell. The furnace had a filter that was black with soot that finally after coughing perusely for a few weeks, I complained to manager. There is no filter over electric range, along with the range filter ripped from its frame and dirty. smoky blinds, dirty carpet, with burn hole, bugs crawling in apt daily. So many other issues reported along with the multitude of pictures taken. It is a loosing battle trying th have the many issues addressed.. I am at a wits end trying to get some resolve.
