In December of 2019, I purchased a vehicle, and part of the purchase was to have some interior cosmetic issues fixed. The dealership chose FabricTech of Summerville owned and operated by Jordan J**** who contacted me a week or two later and sent a tech to my home to fix the issues. One issue was cracks in the steering wheel and a red stripe at the 12 o'clock position that was heavenly faded and cracked. The steering was fixed to satisfaction. 9-13 months after the initial work was done the red stripe on the steering wheel literally cracked and fell apart and I contacted Jordan again and scheduled an appointment at his shop near Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston on Citadel Haven Drive where he had someone fix it again. This would have been sometime around the first half of 2021. Then about 3-4 months ago the same work on the red stripe cracked and fell off again. I began my attempts to contact Jordan around September and finally made contact mid-October 2022. Jordan told me to send him photos of the problem.

On October 14, 2022, I sent Jordan the photo he requested and never heard anything back from him. I've contacted him via text, and I've gone by his shop to try to speak with him, but he will not respond to my text messages nor was he present at the shop. While at the shop, I met with one of his employees who confirmed he still owns the business and his cell phone number has not changed. All I want is the repair of my steering wheel.

I've been professional and patient but the workmanship has not lasted and Jordan will not call me back to discuss the issue. I'd like the work to be completed and this time for the repair last considering I hardly ever drive this vehicle and there is no reason the work should have crumbled apart again and off onto my floorboard.

I even removed the steering wheel to take to Jordan for repair since his shop limited parking. I've had to reinstall it since he won't call me.
