    The company agreed to renovate the bathroom and install a modern shower with one sliding door and one fixed door. The manager inspected the shower and agreed that the gasket was not large enough to prevent water from spilling out on the new floor. He agreed to order a larger gasket. That was three weeks ago. I have heard nothing from him and he doesn't answer telephone messages.
    The shower cannot be used at all! And the new flooring now has water under it.

    Intelligent home services was hired to replace the shower in a bathroom at my home. The job was never completed and we signed an agreement that Intelligent Home services would refund $1000 so I could get the job completed. I was never refunded the $1000.

    This business had rerouted electrical wires from garage to home, but said couldn't finish because couldn't find connectors. I made the mistake of paying them before they informed me. This was mid-October 2022. On October 24,2022, I contacted them about completion of work. Ben Egan responded that the parts were back-ordered. We have a freezer and refrigerator in garage that we have been running to electricity with extension cords.
    On December 26, 2022, I looked at Home Electrical supplier and they said the items were in stock. I notified Ben, but he hasn't responded.
    We also noted that our Sonnen battery from a previous solar installation was no longer working, since they did initial work of rerouting.
    I have all the email documentation of these attempts to resolve.

    The connectors are on back order and are still on back order. The supplier provided by Mrs. ****** does have them listed as "in stock" on their web site, however after speaking with them, they did confirm the parts are not readily available. Mrs. ****** has been made aware of this. I advise that she does call the supplier to confirm HomElectric #1.888.616.3532, part #SKU ECM-IPC4020. As I do appreciate the effort to source the parts, it is misleading to base a BBB complaint on what a website states without actually follow up on the part with a phone call.
