    I would like to give zero stars. Beware this is not a business you want to get involved with. They may state they are licensed and insured but they do not operate in good faith. A water heater was installed without expansion tank and without hurricane straps as well as installed a disposal without having been wired properly or to have water flow above instead of back into the dishwasher contaminating your “clean” dishes. These installs were completed at the request of the previous owners post inspection finds and we as the new owners were only provided a janky invoice from this company. When I call the company after we moved in and had a licensed plumber come out for another issue, we were told of these issues and they were not performed per code. I called the company immediately with the invoice information and I believe the wife answered the phone and when I stated my concerns she instantly interrupted me and said it wasn’t their responsibility to perform any of those things because their technician only had to install what was provided to them by the owners nothing more. When I said it wasn’t to code she argued with me and said she knows because she’s a realtor and that I should take it up with my agent. When I said that was ridiculous and that they were operating in bad faith and risky behavior she told me it wasn’t her responsibility. I hung up and about 2 minutes later she called to say she’d be happy to have her husband come by and install the hurricane straps because she just had some removed from another job. Needless to say, I declined. She was extremely rude and if you are doing business and operating as a plumber or handy man or whatever, you should refuse to do work if the customer is not willing to do it to code or the proper way. Why put your name to something when you know it’s not right! Shady business practice for sure! You should be ashamed of yourself for adding another layer of complications.

    We used DFR for a complete remodel; entire house repaint, popcorn ceiling removal, cabinet paining, exterior door removal, custom closet installation, flooring install, and minor repairs. Francisco, Danielle, and the entire crew were a pleasure to work with. The communication was excellent and it’s like we stepped into a completely new house. I’m thankful we found & went with them!
