Moving my banking to REV was a great decision. the mobile app and online banking systems are top notch compared to my previous bank. I've been a member for a year and have had nothing but positive experiences when working with their staff.

The only reason I left 1 star is because I had to. I am a victim of domestic abuse. I go to therapy for high anxiety, PTSD, and other things. All of which were communicated. My abusive husband died in June leaving me in more of a mess than I was already in. With all of this I fell behind. I never stopped communicating with the bank and held up every promise that was made until this past week I was unable to come up with the money, but promised to be pay in a couple days and made it known I knew the next payment was coming up and I was already working on that. The person I was communicating with said that would be fine and went on to tell me about a hardship program that would help get me back on track. I thought that was helpful. I went in at the promised time to make over the payment amount and was denied the ability to make my payment and then threatened repossession. Thank God for my family I was able to go in the next morning and get it paid up. I have paid $24000 on my vehicle and only owe around $4000. I can sell my vehicle today for $17000. The fact that it is this close to payoff and they are trying actively to take my hard earned vehicle away by refusing payment is bad business. Their right yes. But bad business. All they see is dollar signs with my car and I would suggest you bank and finance somewhere else unless you are immune to life happening. Because these people don’t care about you it’s all about that dollar. They will respond that I am current and that these problems are resolved but not by them by me. If was up to them I’d be out $24000 and have no vehicle to get me back and forth to the job that pays this payment. No mercy and heartless

Ms. *********, we apologize for this experience and will address the team, sharing your feedback. When arrangements are reasonable, we do our best to assist the members to keep their vehicles - we really do not want to repossess collateral any more than we have to. Thank you for sharing, we will use this as an example internally,

Thank you for your review. We have been trying to contact you about your account and it's current status. The on-line banking payment option will not work for you until you call our office.

Thank you for your review! It's often that low reviews are a result of accountability issues members don't care for. We appreciate you!
