2/24/2024 had flooring and stair treads installed.
Workers banged on the upstairs flooring so hard, that lightbulbs unscrewed from the fixtures downstairs. Nails popped through the downstairs ceiling and drywall cracked.
Nothing was covered and the entire upstairs and downstairs was coated in carcinogenic dust.
Workers did not use any safety glasses, gloves, or even use safe sawing procedures.
2/25/2024 Raised concerns about the quality, visible defects, and durability the next day. Was told by Bryce that he would be out to look at the issues but that never happened. Bryce was contacted numerous times, viewed text messages and did not respond.
4/29/2024, filed a dispute with PayPal.
5/10/2024, received a call from Bryce and his business partner Derek Coblentz of DRC Concrete.
Bryce quickly became defensive, claimed to have "all of the text messages", had "recorded this entire conversation" and had "retained an attorney" the previous day. Bryce also said that he never received a one star review before, and that he had received a large amount of new work after posting images of the stairs on Facebook.
Derek had to tell him to "shut the hell up" so that he could speak with us.
Later that day, Derek came to the house, apologized for Bryce and went over my concerns about the stairs. He agreed to come back and remove the stairs, refinish and reinstall them.
There wasn’t any mention or discussion of the PayPal dispute.
After Derek left, he called me and said that his "installer" told him that there's no way to remove the stairs without damaging them and the best way would be to sand and refinish the stairs without them being removed. I reluctantly agreed.
On 5/12/2024, at nearly 10:00pm, Derek sent a text message saying that he noticed that the dispute was still pending with PayPal, it had to be canceled by midnight, and they couldn’t refinish the stairs with the dispute pending.
LSF and its owners CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
