      Home Team Inspection made many aggregious errors in their Inspection and were not thorough in the aspects they should have been. After only 1 day of moving into my home, the master bedroom and bath have flooded. They were notified immediately and their only resolve was for me to call my insurance company. They were subsequently provided written notice 3 days later of issue that cost $15,000 to fix. Plumber saw that dishwasher and refrigerator was not hooked up in the kitchen. Dishwasher was not ran as inspector said. If it was they might have seen flooding. Work was already done in kitchen and not in process and the report never stated that. In addition, master bath leaks severely and was not found. This is a separate issue from the busted pipe that flooded the bedroom. In addition, sewage line was damaged, which I don't believe is within the scope of the inspection but adds insult to injury. Many calls were made in the last 6 months to speak with owner with no call back. The secretary constantly told me she would have the owner call be back but that never happened. She only removed my name from the list of other businesses my information was sold too. While dealing with all this, I was being continually harassed by Porch, even though I told them I was not interested in any more services they offered. That is the only thing they resolved. Please return amount I paid. It is clear you did not provide a thorough or competent report. It is furthermore clear in your response on Google and Yelp, that you my Inspection was not made a priority. In fact, on my report is says I had gas checked as a utility and I didn't even have that.
